If we have not started making your order yet, we may be able to make changes.

Yes. If you have a special idea or would like something slightly different from the products shown in our shop, please contact us before placing your order.

Some products also offer an optional engraved message on the back of the frame for an additional charge.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every product is handmade with care and attention to detail.

Because each item is made by hand, small variations may occur. This is part of the beauty of handmade products and makes every piece unique.

Your product will be made in the same style as the photos, but because each item is handmade and personalised, slight differences in flowers, colours, layout or small details may occur.

We always aim to keep the same overall look, quality and character.

We use dried, artificial or decorative flowers depending on the product design and availability.

Flower shades and arrangements may vary slightly, but they will always be chosen to match the style of your keepsake.

Yes. Our framed keepsakes are designed to be ready to display. Depending on the frame style, they can usually be placed on a shelf or hung on a wall.

Production & Delivery

How long does it take to make my order?

Our products are handmade to order. Production time may vary depending on the product and the number of current orders.

The estimated production time will be shown on the product page or confirmed after ordering.

UK delivery usually takes around 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery service used.

Please remember that production time and delivery time are separate.

Some products may include free UK shipping. This will be shown clearly on the product page or at checkout.

At the moment, shipping options may vary. Please contact us before ordering if you would like delivery outside the UK.

Each order is carefully packed to help protect it during delivery.

Frames and fragile items are wrapped securely to reduce the risk of damage in transit.

Gifts

Can I send the order directly to someone else?

Yes. You can enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout.

Please make sure the delivery address is correct before placing your order.

No. We do not include pricing information inside gift parcels.

Yes. Our products are designed as meaningful handmade gifts for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, christenings, First Holy Communion, new baby gifts, Grandparents’ Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and thank you gifts.

Returns & Problems

Can I return a personalised product?

Personalised and made-to-order items cannot usually be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.

This is because the item has been made especially for you.

Please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the issue and help resolve it.

If we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to put it right.
