At Handcraft with Soul, every order is carefully handmade and packed with love and care.
As our products are personalised and made to order, please allow time for us to create your keepsake before it is dispatched.

Production time

All personalised products are handmade to order.

Our usual production time is:

3–7 working days for small items and charms
5–10 working days for personalised frames and keepsakes
7–14 working days for more detailed or custom orders

Production time may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Grandparents’ Day, wedding season and other special occasions.

If you need your order for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, UK delivery usually takes:

2–5 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on the postal or courier service used.

Please remember that production time and delivery time are separate.

Example:

If a product takes 7 working days to make and delivery takes 2–5 working days, your total estimated time may be around 9–12 working days.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Available delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout.

Some products may include free UK delivery. This will be clearly shown on the product page or during checkout.

International delivery may be available on request.

If you would like your order delivered outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability, delivery time and postage cost.

 

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes or import charges. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Every order is carefully packed to help protect it during delivery.

Frames and fragile keepsakes are securely wrapped to reduce the risk of damage in transit. We do our best to make sure your order arrives safely and beautifully presented.

You can send your order directly to the recipient by entering their delivery address at checkout.

We do not include pricing information inside gift parcels.

Please make sure the recipient’s delivery address is correct before placing your order.

We always aim to dispatch orders within the estimated production time, but delays can occasionally happen due to:

high order volume
material availability
postal or courier delays
busy seasonal periods
unexpected circumstances

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

We cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout.

If you notice a mistake in your address, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
